The new Ram 1500 has an available tailgate that has been reconfigured with 60/40 swing away doors that open 88 degrees to allow for easier loading, unloading and cleaning of the cargo area. Another available loading assistance feature of the new Ram 1500 is a kick-out bed step. This kick-out step extends from beneath the rear bumper to give a foothold for someone loading or unloading the cargo bed.
2019 Ram 1500 Interior Features
The cabin of the 2019 Ram 1500 has been designed for luxury and comfort. The available active noise cancellation system works with frame-mounted active tuned mass modules to help reduce ambient noise and maintain a more quiet interior that is more conducive to conversation with passengers. For the music lover, the 2019 Ram 1500 offers an available 900-watt Harman Kardon premium audio system with 19 speakers as well as Sirius XM with 360 L. Using the smartphone integration capabilities of the Sirius XM system allows consumers to continue listening to music even after they have reached their destination. There is an available UConnect 12.0 with Navigation that utilizes a 12-inch touchscreen to allow drivers to stay on course and connected to entertainment features.
